Course Objective:
Tradesman will:
- Incorporate an understanding of the relationships and changes between International Fuel Gas Code 2003 and International Fuel Gas Code 2006. International Mechanical Code 2003 and International Mechanical Code2006, and International Plumbing code 2003 and International Plumbing code 2006
- Identify and utilize the current 2006 Code changes over past code versions.
- Assume a responsible role as a Virginia State Licensed Tradesman accountable to remain current with all work practices utilizing the 2006 International Codes.
Focus on Safe work practices utilizing Code references as minimum standards for performed installations, renovations, preventive maintenance, service and conversions

Class Requirements:
Tradesmen are responsible to bring the following for each training session: (Mandatory)
Picture ID
Tradesmen License with State ID#
Current ICC Fuel Gas Code Book - 2006 (This is prefered, not mandatory)
Current International Mechanical Code (This is prefered, not mandatory)
Current International Plumbing Code (This is prefered, not mandatory)
Paper and Pencil/Pen for notes
Fees: Members- $150.00 Non-Members- $250.00
QGC will provide the appropriate classroom space and teaching materials
Lunch, refreshments and workbooks will be provided.
