Complete the information below and then press the ‘Add to Cart’ button when ready to continue your registration.
At Check out, verify your class selection and then press to proceed with your registration.
To complete your purchase use the Guest Checkout method by selecting the Checkout button (info).

Select your desired specialty for your class. There is no additional cost in selecting multiple specialties per class.

In addition to name and address (provided at checkout) we are required to collect the following information to allow us to complete your class registration.

License #				(Note: Please include your license number that begins with 2710)
Company Affiliation (employer)
Member Status (must specify)
Final tuition costs subject to membership verification after registration. Any adjustments to tuition fee’s will require students approval prior to the class date. Refunds can not be issued for not attending your class, however you may contact us to make a one time reschedule for one of the other classes.
